Today I am speaking with ⁠⁠Dr. Colleen Reichmann about body image, “bounce back culture,” and dressing for yourself.


Dr. Colleen Reichmann is a licensed clinical psychologist and eating disorder specialist with lived experience with anorexia. She is the founder of Wildflower Therapy, (a group therapy practice in Philadelphia) and coauthor of The Inside Scoop on Eating Disorder Recovery: Advice From Two Therapists Who Have Been There. Colleen is also an advocate for intersectional feminism, body liberation, and HAES, a passionate advocate for maternal mental health, and a 2 time-IVF mom.
