Rachael Shepard-Ohta  is a mother of three, certified sleep consultant and founder of Hey, Sleep Baby. Rachael’s mission is to arm families with knowledge and offer them compassionate, sustainable, stress-free sleep solutions for their families. Rachael also hosts a podcast for parents, No One Told Us. Rachael lives in San Francisco CA with her husband, kids and dog!
