Today I am speaking with ⁠Chelsea Robinson, LCSW about matrescence, intensive mothering and maternal burnout.

Chelsea is the founder of Mama's Modern Village. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience in the field of trauma, mental health and maternal mental health. She takes a unique approach in supporting mothers as her focus is at the intersection of a woman's matrescence and patriarchal motherhood. She provides 1:1 therapy for mothers in UT, WI and MA however Becoming Mama is her signature offering - a 12 week online matrescence education and support program for mothers. She is taking her passion to the professional sphere and offering a matrescence and motherhood studies training for those who support mothers professionally late October 2023.
